Why Choose Us
Our clients choose us because we provide the skill, experience, and professionalism of large firm litigators but at a much better value.
Our clients and their cases are extremely important to us. We believe in delivering the highest quality work product, being responsive, and managing legal costs. We have over 60 years of combined experience litigating intellectual property and commercial lawsuits and have developed strategies for handling cases both effectively and efficiently.
As a smaller firm, we do not carry the high overhead that large firms must pass on to their clients or the layers of bureaucracy that can hamper a law firm's ability to arrange for creative and flexible fee arrangements.
We do not believe in nickel and diming our clients for miscellaneous in-house add-ons such as copying, faxing and domestic long distance calls. We routinely come in under our predicted litigation budgets.
We keep our clients informed on the developments in their cases as events occur and engage our clients in strategy decisions, because we understand that the case is YOUR case and affects YOUR business. We believe in providing our clients candid and straightforward advice that further their business goals.
If your current outside counsel does not seem to understand that you are ultimately responsible for your case, does not give you confidence that his or her fees are a fair value when compared to the work product produced, or fails to communicate with you regarding the progress of your case or appreciate your sense of urgency or your business goals, give us a call and let us help you regain control over your legal matters.
