DALLAS (January 19, 2016) – Buether Joe & Carpenter, LLC – an intellectual property and commercial litigation boutique law firm – is pleased to announce that Ken Kula has joined the firm as Senior Counsel. Mr. Kula will work with the other members of the firm primarily representing clients involved in patent, trademark, copyright and commercial litigation.
Mr. Kula previously worked at McKool Smith, P.C. (Dallas), Jones Day (Dallas), Shook Hardy & Bacon (Kansas City), and McDole Williams (Dallas) litigating intellectual property and commercial disputes.
Mr. Kula holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from St. John Fisher College and attended law school at Washburn University School of Law.
