DALLAS (September 16, 2019) – Buether Joe & Carpenter, LLC – an intellectual property and commercial litigation boutique law firm – is pleased to announce that Nick Kliewer has joined the Firm as an Associate. Mr. Kliewer will work with the other members of the Firm primarily representing clients involved in patent, trademark, copyright and commercial litigation.
Mr. Kliewer received his Electrical Engineering degree from Texas A&M and attended law school at the University of Houston Law Center. He is a member of the USPTO bar. He was formerly associated with Patterson + Sheridan LLP, Bragalone Conroy PC, and Wong Cabello. After law school Mr. Kliewer served as a judicial intern for Judge David Hittner for the Federal District Court, Southern District of Texas (Houston Division). Prior to law school, he worked at Texas Instruments as an Integrated Circuit Design and Applications Engineer and served in the U.S. Army Reserve with the 493rd Engineer Group.
